All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Many items are produced in small batches. Processing times may vary slightly during high demand, but we aim to ship promptly.

All orders ship from Canada.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 2–7 business days, depending on destination and service selected

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking

  • Tracking is provided when available.

  • Some lower-cost shipping options may not include tracking.

  • Tracking details (if applicable) will be emailed once the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times and handling are outside our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
