Returns
We have a 24-hour return request window, which means you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at nomadforgesupply@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions (including where to send the item). Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (if approved) and place a new order.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. (This EU right applies regardless of the 24-hour window above.)
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
